For the marketing workshops, we define the needs of your particular team and workshops are designed and conducted.

For Outcome Driven Innovation, you identify your target customers. A qualitative research design is set-up to define your customers “Jobs Map”. It is tested in focus groups. Strength, weaknesses and opportunities in your value chain become visible. We can stop here if you’re ok with tendencies.

Measure

The jobs articulated above are set in a quantitative research process. Tendencies from mapping are tested for generalizability across the customer population so that you can make confident customer, product and market decisions.

Materialize

Based on qualitative and/or quantitative research, new ideas are added to your innovation pipeline. You find out where you are overselling or underselling based on what your customer finds important and if they are satisfied. These data points are presented to your product development teams in creative workshops to redesign your offering.
